Appellant's brief is overdue. Appellant's brief was originally due October 5, 2023. On October 9, 2023, this Court notified appellant's counsel, Kristin R. Brown, that appellant's brief was overdue. We directed Ms. Brown to file appellant's brief and a motion for extension of time to file the brief by October 19, 2023. As of the date of this order, appellant's brief has not been filed, and Ms. Brown has not communicated with this Court concerning this appeal since July 17, 2023.

We ORDER Ms. Brown to file appellant's brief and a motion for extension of time to file the brief by NOVEMBER 28, 2023. If appellant's brief and the motion for extension of time to file the brief are not filed by that date, these appeals may be abated for the trial court to make findings in accordance with Rule of Appellate Procedure 38.8. See TEX. R. APP. P. 38.8(b)(2).
