STIPULATED ORDER OF DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE
THIS MATTER has come before the Court upon Plaintiffs and Defendants' Joint Motion to Dismiss with Prejudice. The Court, having considered the Motion, hereby FINDS that the Joint Motion to Dismiss with Prejudice should be GRANTED.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that: Plaintiffs Second Amended Complaint for Damages [Doc. 18] is hereby dismissed with prejudice, and all claims brought or that could have been brought against Defendants in the above-captioned cause of action are dismissed in their entirety, with prejudice.
