By notice filed March 8, 2024, appellant informs the Court that counsel Rudy Gonzales is no longer representing him. Accordingly, we DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to remove Mr. Gonzales as counsel for appellant. Appellant remains represented by Juan P. Reyna and Hillard Law attorneys John C. Duff, Alexander Hillard, Matthew S. Hull, Jessica J. Pritchett, Catherine T. Hillard, and Robert C. Hillard. Mr. Reyna and Mr. Duff remain as appellant's lead counsel.
