Liz Martinez, Heather Schoonmaker, Donna L. Taylor Sanders, et al., Petitioners-Appellants, v. Janet DiFiore, in her official Capacity as Chief Judge of the State of New York and Chief Judicial Officer of the Unified Court System, et al., Respondents-Respondents.


Appeals having been taken to this Court from two orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about February 14, 2020 and February 20, 2020, And non-party Philip C. Segal, former New York State Family Court Judge, having moved for leave to file an amicus curiae brief in connection with the aforesaid appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted and the electronic copy of the proposed amicus curiae brief submitted with the motion is deemed filed.
