FINAL ORDER OF DISMISSAL


THIS CAUSE is before the Court upon the Plaintiff's Notice of Voluntary Dismissal with Prejudice. The Court has carefully reviewed the notice and is otherwise frilly advised in the premises. It is thereupon,

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff's Notice of Voluntary Dismissal with Prejudice is hereby GRANTED. The above-styled case is therefore dismissed with prejudice. All pending motions are DENIED AS MOOT. The Clerk shall CLOSE THIS CASE.

1. That this action is hereby DISMISSED with prejudice.

2. That the Court shall reserve jurisdiction for the purposes of enforcing the Stipulation upon subsequent application.
