This case is calendared for trial at the Court's May 20, 2024, Los Angeles, California, trial session. On April 2, 2024, the Commissioner filed a Motion for Continuance.

Upon due consideration of the Commissioner's Motion and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the Commissioner's Motion for Continuance, filed April 2, 2024, is taken under advisement. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before April 29, 2024, the parties shall file a joint status report (or separate reports, if expedient) to inform the Court of the then-present status of this case, including the status of the Examination Division's review of Mr. Martinez's documents provided, or a proposed stipulated decision.

The parties are reminded that the Standing Pretrial Order for Small Tax Cases, served January 31, 2024, remains in full force and effect.
