On November 29, 2023, the parties filed a joint status report indicating that this case is currently in the process of being closed out by the IRS Independent of Appeals and returned to the Commissioner's counsel for trial preparation. The parties further state that they intend to work together to prepare the case for trial and request an order for another status report. We will grant the relief requested. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before April 4, 2024, the parties shall file a joint status report apprising the Court of the then-present status of this case.
