This case is before the Court on petitioner's Motion to Proceed Remotely, filed February 3, 2023. In her motion, petitioner states that she does not have internet access or a computer with audio-visual capabilities, but does have those capabilities on a phone.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before August 18, 2023, the parties shall confer regarding the status of the case and the parties' views as to the above-referenced pending motion. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before September 8, 2023, respondent shall file a response to this order noting concerns, if any, of the granting of the motion to proceed remotely, and shall therein advise the Court as to the progress in the case and whether the parties have conferred as directed.
