By Order served May 17, 2022, the Court directed petitioner to file an amended petition and to pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee. On July 15, 2022, petitioner paid the Court's filing fee. No amended petition has been received from petitioner. However, upon further review, it appears an amended petition is not necessary.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioner is no longer required to file an amended petition. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before December 5, 2022, respondent shall file an Answer to the petition.
