ORDER

Patrick J. Urda, Judge

On September 2, 2022, the Court held a conference call with the parties to discuss the current status of this case. During the call, the Court asked the parties to continue their discussions about this case and to appear at the Court's calendar call in Atlanta, Georgia, on Monday, September 12, 2022, to provide an update to the Court.

This case was called from the calendar for the Court's September 12, 2022, Atlanta, Georgia trial session. There was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioner, Job R. Martinez. Counsel for the Commissioner appeared and was heard. Upon due consideration, and more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before October 12, 2022, the parties shall file a joint status report (or separate reports, if that is more expedient). After a status report is filed, the Court will determine if another conference call is necessary.
