This case is presently calendared for Trial at the Court's remote, Omaha, Nebraska trial session scheduled to begin on April 18, 2022. On March 21, 2022, respondent filed a motion to dismiss for lack of prosecution. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioner shall, on or before April 6, 2022, file a response to respondent's motion to dismiss. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's motion to dismiss is scheduled for hearing at the calendar call of the Court's Omaha, Nebraska trial session, beginning at 10:00 AM (CT) on April 18, 2022.
