ORDERED that appellee's motion to dismiss appeal is granted, and this appeal from the Circuit Court for Miami–Dade County, Florida is hereby dismissed.

Upon consideration of the motion for attorney's fees filed by appellee, it is ordered that said motion is granted and remanded to the trial court to fix amount.
