ORDER
These matters are before the court on the parties' Stipulated Motion to Dismiss Appeals. Upon consideration, the court:
A. Lifts the abatement of these appeals;
B. Grants the parties' motion to dismiss; and
C. Dismisses both appeals, see Fed. R. App. P. 42(b); 10th Cir. R. 27.5(A)(9), each party to bear his, her or its own attorney fees and costs.
A copy of this order shall stand as and for the mandate of the court in each of the captioned appeals.
