An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Erie County, entered in the office of the Clerk of said Court on November 21, 2017, and petitioners-respondents having moved for an extension of time within which to file and serve their brief,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on the condition that petitioners-respondents submit their briefs to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before March 22, 2019, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
