ORDER

Before the Court is Sharita Blacknall's March 19, 2020 motion to withdraw and substitute counsel. Having confirmed the substitution was made by the trial court, we GRANT the motion.

We DIRECT the Clerk to REMOVE Ms. Blacknall and SUBSTITUTE Catherine Clare Bernhard as appointed counsel for appellant. All future correspondence shall be sent to Ms. Bernhard at the address on file with the Court.

Appellant's brief is DUE forty-five days from the date of this order.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Raquel Jones, Presiding Judge, 203rd Judicial District Court; Sharita Blacknall; Catherine Clare Bernhard, and the Dallas County District Attorney's Office.
