ORDER DISMISSING PETITION

Petitioner has filed a motion seeking to voluntarily dismiss this original writ petition, asserting that the matter is now moot based on an agreement reached by the parties to the underlying case. We grant petitioner's motion, see NRAP 42(b), and this petition is therefore dismissed. The parties shall bear their own costs and attorney fees.

It is so ORDERED.
