PRESENT:

Respondent having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a brief on this CPLR article 78 proceeding transferred to this Court by an order of the Supreme Court, Erie County, entered January 24, 2020, and for an adjournment the proceeding,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted insofar as it seeks an extension of time to file and serve a brief, and the time is extended to June 18, 2020, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the proceeding is removed from the Court's day calendar for June 23, 2020, and is added to the Court's day calendar for September 9, 2020.
