PRESENT: , SMITH, CENTRA, FAHEY, AND PERADOTTO, JJ.

Respondent having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a brief on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Erie on March 10, 2014,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Thomas S. Lane, Esq., dated December 30, 2014, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered December 2, 2014, is hereby amended by deleting the date January 20, 2015, and inserting in its place the date February 23, 2015, and

It is further ORDERED that the second ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered December 2, 2014, is hereby amended by deleting the date February 4, 2015, and inserting in its place the date March 10, 2015.
