Before the Court is court reporter LaToya Young's November 25, 2024 third motion for extension of time to file the reporter's record. This Court has also sua sponte granted Ms. Young two extensions. Pursuant to this Court's order of November 8, 2024, the record was due November 20, 2024.

In this motion, Ms. Young states she requires two days from today in order to obtain the exhibits from the courthouse, scan them, and prepare the record for filing with the exhibits. We GRANT the motion and order Ms. Young to file the complete reporter's record on or before NOVEMBER 27, 2024.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to LaToya Young, Court Reporter, and counsel for all parties.
