Before the Court is court reporter LaToya Young's November 6, 2024 request for extension of time to file the reporter's record. The reporter's record was originally due July 1, 2024. This Court granted sua sponte extensions of time to file the reporter's record on July 3, 2024, and October 17, 2024, and we also granted Ms. Young's September 9, 2024 request for extension of time to file the reporter's record. We GRANT the November 6, 2024 request, and we ORDER Ms. Young to file the complete reporter's record on or before NOVEMBER 20, 2024. We caution Ms. Young that should she fail to file the complete reporter's record within the time stated, the Court will utilize whatever remedies it has available, which may include ordering that she not sit as a court reporter until she files the complete reporter's record in this appeal.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Hector Garza, Presiding Judge, 195th Judicial District Court; LaToya Young, Court Reporter; Christina O'Neil, Chief Judicial Staff Counsel for the Criminal District Courts, Dallas County, and counsel for all parties.
