The reporter's record is overdue. The record was originally due July 1, 2024. On July 2, 2024, Velma Loza, the Official Court Reporter for the 195th District Court, notified this Court that the court reporter for this case is Latoya Young-Martinez. Ms. Loza stated she was sending that day a copy of the notice of appeal to Ms. Young-Martinez. As of the date of this order, the reporter's record has not been filed, and Ms. Young-Martinez has not communicated with this Court concerning this appeal.

We ORDER Ms. Young-Martinez to file the reporter's record on or before SEPTEMBER 3, 2024. If Ms. Young-Martinez is not the court reporter for the case, she must notify this Court without delay and provide the identity of the court reporter for the hearing.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to Velma Loza, Official Court Reporter, 195th District Court; Latoya Young-Martinez, Court Reporter; and counsel for all parties.
