Martin v. Pepper

United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit
Sep 11, 2007
239 F. App'x 786 (4th Cir. 2007)

Opinion

No. 07-7051.

Submitted: August 30, 2007.

Decided: September 11, 2007.

Appeal from the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina, at Greenville. Henry M. Herlong, Jr., District Judge. (6:07-cv-01116-HMH).

Henry W. Martin, Jr., Appellant Pro Se.

Before MICHAEL, KING, and SHEDD, Circuit Judges.

Affirmed by unpublished PER CURIAM opinion.

Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit.

Henry W. Martin, Jr., appeals the district court's order accepting the recommendation of the magistrate judge and denying relief on his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (2000) complaint. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Martin v. Pepper, No. 6:07-cv-01116-HMH, 2007 WL 1840628 (D.S.C. June 25, 2007). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

AFFIRMED.
