Before the Court is Defendant North Texas Healthcare Network's ("NTHN") Motion to Dismiss, filed on August 18, 2004. The Court has been advised that Plaintiff Bret Martin and Defendant NTHN have reached a settlement. In light of this settlement, the Motion is DENIED as moot.
