MEMORANDUM OPINION


The Court's records in this appeal reveal that appellants have not filed an amended brief in compliance with the rules of appellate procedure. See Tex.R.App.P. 38.1. Neither have appellants filed a letter brief on jurisdiction, as directed by this Court. In letters dated July 29, 2004, appellants were informed that failure to file an amended brief and a letter brief on jurisdiction within ten days would result in dismissal of this appeal. Appellants have not filed an amended brief or a letter brief on jurisdiction.

On the Court's own motion, this appeal is DISMISSED for want of prosecution. See Tex.R.App.P. 42.3(b),(c).
