Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from a judgment of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Erie on December 20, 2012,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Richard T. Sullivan, Esq., dated June 7, 2013, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affirmation of Jonathan Schapp, Esq., dated June 20, 2013, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered April 12, 2013, is hereby amended by deleting the date June 11, 2013, and inserting in its place the date July 11, 2013.
