Appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered March 20, 2012. The order granted respondent's motion to stay this nonpayment proceeding pending the determination by the New York State Department of Labor of his fair labor practice complaint.

On the court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed as moot, as respondent's fair labor practice complaint has been determined.
