ORDER WITHDRAWING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION

On March 4, 2005, the undersigned United States Magistrate Judge entered a Report and Recommendation to the United States District Judge, recommending therein that the petition for a writ of habeas corpus filed by petitioner be denied. On March 21, 2005, petitioner filed objections to the Report and Recommendation and recited new facts, specifically, that he was denied the right to call a witness at his disciplinary hearing, and that such witness would have exonerated him if he had been allowed to testify. Petitioner failed to plead all relevant facts in his original petition, and such failure has resulted in a delay of the adjudication of this case. Petitioner is cautioned that in the future, failure to recite all the facts related to his claim could result in the issuance of sanctions. The March 4, 2005 Report and Recommendation is hereby WITHDRAWN.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
