This case is calendared for trial at the Court's December 6, 2021, remote trial session where New Orleans, Louisiana, is the place of trial. On November 18, 2021, the Commissioner electronically submitted as a Proposed Stipulated Decision a combination of documents that included both a proposed stipulated decision and a stipulation. The combining of documents is improper and cannot be processed as submitted. To correct the error, it is

ORDERED that the document submitted as a proposed stipulated decision shall be deemed stricken. It is further

ORDERED that, by November 29, 2021, the Commissioner shall file the parties' stipulation. It is further

ORDERED that, by November 29, 2021, the Commissioner shall resubmit the parties proposed stipulated decision.
