This case is scheduled for trial at the trial session scheduled to commence on November 15, 2021, for cases where Los Angeles, California, is the place of trial. On September 14, 2021, respondent filed a Motion for Summary Judgment with a supporting declaration. On September 21, 2021, the Court ordered petitioner to file a response on or before October 12, 2021. No response has been received.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's above-referenced Motion for Summary Judgment is set for remote hearing on November 15, 2021, at 10:00 AM (PT). Petitioner is advised that failure to comply with the terms of this Order or failure to appear at the remote hearing on November 15, 2021, may result in the Court granting respondent's motion and entering an order and decision against petitioner.

The parties shall refer to the Notice Setting Case for Trial for the Zoomgov Meeting ID and Passcode.

This Order constitutes official notice to the parties.
