For cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's January 22, 2024, Washington, D.C. trial session. It is further

ORDERED that this case is calendared for trial at the Court's trial session scheduled to commence at 10:00 a.m. on April 15, 2024, in the South Courtroom of the United States Tax Court, 400 Second Street, NW, Washington D.C. 20217. It is further

ORDERED that together with this Order, the Clerk of the Court shall serve on the parties in this case copies of (1) the Notice Setting Case for Trial for the April 15, 2024, Washington, D.C., trial session and (2) the Standing Pretrial Order for that trial session.
