ORDER
Patrick J. Urda Judge.
This case is currently calendared on the Court's San Diego, California trial session, scheduled to begin June 20, 2023.
On April 21, 2023, petitioner Nicole L. Martin filed three separate motions: (1) motion to add party and change caption; (2) motion to compel production of documents; and (3) motion for continuance.
On May 22, 2023, Ms. Martin filed a motion to withdraw motion to compel production of documents, which also included a request to withdraw her motion for continuance.
The Commissioner filed a notice of no objection to the motion for continuance but filed objections to the motions to compel production of documents and motion to add party and change caption.
Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that Ms. Martin's motion to withdraw motion to compel production of documents is granted in that her motion to compel production of documents is deemed withdrawn. All other requests included in this motion are deemed moot. It is further
ORDERED that Ms. Martin's motion to add party and change caption is hereby denied. It is further
ORDERED that Ms. Martin's motion for continuance is granted, and this case is continued from the above-referenced trial session. The parties are not expected to appear at the calendar call on June 20, 2023. It is further
ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned. It is further
ORDERED that, on or before July 31, 2023, the parties shall file either a stipulated decision document or a joint status report (or separate reports, if that is more expedient).
