This case is currently calendared for trial during the Court's March 6, 2023, Atlanta, Georgia, trial session. On January 30, 2023, petitioners filed a Motion for Continuance of Trial (Doc. 12). Later on January 30, 2023, petitioners filed a second Motion for Continuance of Trial (Doc. 13). The second Motion for Continuance of Trial appears to be a duplicate of the first, except it references the March 6, 2023, Atlanta, Georgia, trial session. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that petitioners' Motion for Continuance of Trial filed on January 30, 2023 (Doc. 12), is deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that petitioners' Motion for Continuance of Trial filed January 30, 2023 (Doc. 13), is granted in that this case is stricken from the March 6, 2023, Atlanta, Georgia, trial session and continued generally.
