ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

By Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction entered August 24, 2022, this case was dismissed because petitioner failed to pay the Court's filing fee as directed by the Court. On August 25, 2022, the parties filed a Joint Proposed Stipulated Decision.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that on or before September 23, 2022, petitioner shall pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee (or submit an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee form, which is available under the "Forms" tab on the Court's website, www.ustaxcourt.gov). If petitioner does not pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee or submit an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee by September 23, 2022, the Court will strike the parties' proposed stipulated decision. It is further

ORDERED that the parties' Joint Proposed Stipulated Decision shall be held in abeyance pending further direction from the Court.
