On March 15, 2022, the parties' filed a Joint Settlement Stipulation (Index #5), missing a page, and a Joint Proposed Stipulated Decision (Index #6). Also on March 15, 2022, the parties' filed a second complete Joint Settlement Stipulation (Index #7) and a second Joint Proposed Stipulated Decision (Index #8).

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the parties' Joint Settlement Stipulation (Index #5) and Joint Proposed Stipulated Decision (Index #6), filed March 15, 2022, are hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
