ORDER

Patrick J. Urda Judge.

This case was heard at the Court's May 3, 2021, Dallas, Texas, remote trial session, and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.

On June 4, 2021, respondent filed a motion for entry of decision. We will ask for petitioner Mitchell Martin to file a response to the motion for entry of decision. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that on or before July 9, 2021, petitioner shall file a response to respondent's motion for entry of decision. If Mr. Martin does not file a response, the Court is inclined to grant respondent's motion for entry of decision and enter a decision in this case (absent further Court action).
