Opinion

01 Civ. 271 (MGC)

September 13, 2002

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Defendants have filed a motion labeled "motion for clarification" which is in the nature of a motion for reargument. Defendants have not, as required by Local Civil Rule 6.3, demonstrated that the Court overlooked "matters or controlling decisions" that, had they been considered, would have required a different result. Indeed, defendants have not explained how or why the matters they request the court to consider have not previously been argued. Accordingly, defendants' motion is denied.

Counsel are directed to submit a proposed judgment by September 18, 2002.

SO ORDERED.
