Opinion

No. 2D98-1731.

Opinion filed June 21, 2000.

Appeal from the Circuit Court for Pinellas County; Raymond O. Gross, Judge.

James Marion Moorman, Public Defender, Bartow, for Appellant.

Robert A. Butterworth, Attorney General, Tallahassee, and Diana K. Bock, Assistant Attorney General, Tampa, for Appellee.

We affirm the judgment of conviction on appeal in this case. However, the sentence on appeal concerns an offense that occurred on March 22, 1997. Accordingly, we remand for reconsideration of sentence. See Smith v. State, 25 Fla. L. Weekly D1273 (Fla. 2d DCA May 24, 2000).
