ORDER

CHRISTIAN N. WEILER JUDGE.

On January 18, 2024, the parties' filed a joint status report stating therein that respondent counsel is still evaluating petitioners' proposed settlement offer. The report further states that if the parties reach a basis of settlement, it is anticipated that they will execute and file a decision document resolving this matter with this Court; and if the parties do not reach a basis for settlement, then respondent will request a response to his outstanding informal discovery, or in the alternative, issue formal discovery under the applicable United States Tax Court rules. T

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that on or before April 18, 2024, the parties shall file either a proposed stipulated decision or a joint status report.
