IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED and AGREED by and between Plaintiff LEANDRE MARTELL (“Plaintiff'), and Defendant LAS VEGAS METROPOLITAN POLICE DEPARTMENT CORRECTIONS OFFICER DERRICK CHANDLER (“Defendant”), by and through his counsel, LEWIS BRISBOIS BISGAARD & SMITH LLP, that all of Plaintiff s claims and causes of action against Defendant in the above-entitled action shall be dismissed, with each party to bear their own attorney's fees and costs.

ORDER

Based on the parties' stipulation [ECF No. 28] and good cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that THIS ACTION IS DISMISSED with prejudice, each side to bear its own fees and costs. All pending motions [ECF No. 27] are DENIED as moot. The Clerk of Court is directed to CLOSE THIS CASE.
