ORDER

MARK D. CLARKE UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE

Plaintiff, a self-represented litigant, brings this action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. A party seeking to institute a civil action must pay a $350.00 filing fee and a $52.00 administrative fee. An action may proceed without the prepayment of fees only if the court grants the plaintiff leave to proceed in forma pauperis. 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a).

Plaintiff has neither submitted the requisite $402.00 nor moved to proceed in forma' pauperis. Accordingly, the Court ORDERS Plaintiff to submit $402.00 or an application to proceed in forma pauperis within thirty days of the date of this order. Failure to do so will result in the dismissal of this proceeding.

The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to send Plaintiff a form application to proceed informa pauperis.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
