STIPULATION FOR DISMISSAL AND ORDER THEREON [Fed.R.Civ.P. 41(a)(1)(ii)]


IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by the parties to this action, through their designated counsel, and pursuant to the terms of a separate Settlement Agreement, that the above-captioned case be, and hereby is, dismissed in its entirety with prejudice under Rule 41(a)(1)(ii) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, with each party to bear its own attorneys' fees and costs of suit.

IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED that the Court shall retain jurisdiction over all disputes between the parties relating to the interpretation and enforcement of the settlement agreement.

ORDER

IT IS SO ORDERED.
