ELAINE T. MARSHALL, INDIVIDUALLY, ELAINE T. MARSHALL AS INDEPENDENT EXECUTOR OF THE ESTATE OF E. PIERCE MARSHALL, DECEASED, ET AL, Appellant v. PRESTON MARSHALL, Appellee

On Appeal from the Probate Court No. 4 Harris County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. 365,053-403

ORDER

Appellant filed her notice of appeal on March 5, 2020. In her notice of appeal, she states she is appealing an order signed by the trial court on February 14, 2020. Appellant did not request that a copy of that order be included in the record on appeal. In order for this court to determine its jurisdiction over an appeal, an official copy of the final order being appealed must be included in the clerk's record. Accordingly, we order appellant to file a supplemental clerk's record with an official copy of the final order she is appealing within 10 days of the date of this order or her appeal will be dismissed for want of jurisdiction.

PER CURIAM Panel Consists of Justices Wise, Jewell, and Poissant.
