CORRECTED ORDER

The order issued on the morning of November 28, 2017, is WITHDRAWN. This corrected order stands in its place.

The court has considered appellee's motion for leave to supplement, filed November 15, 2017, and appellants' response to the motion, filed November 22, 2017, and orders as follows:

1. The motion is granted.

2. Supplemental briefing is limited to the effect of the order identified as the "11/7/17 TI" in the motion on the issues currently pending on appeal.

3. Appellee's supplemental brief is due by December 8, 2017.

4. Appellants' supplemental brief is due by December 22, 2017.

5. The word limit for each supplemental brief shall be the same number of words as for a reply brief.
