ORDER GRANTING MOTION FOR LEAVE TO FILE AMENDED COMPLAINT AND TO AMEND STYLE OF THE CASE


This cause is before the Court upon Plaintiffs' Unopposed Motion for Leave to File Amended Complaint and to Amend the Style of the Case with attached exhibits. Upon review of same, it is hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED as follows:

1. Said motion is GRANTED.

2. The style of the case shall be amended to reflect that the Defendant is THE FRED MEYER STORES and the Amended Complaint is deemed filed nunc pro tunc. Defendant, THE FRED MEYER STORES shall file a response to the Amended Complaint within twenty (20) days from the date of service of the Amended Complaint.

DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers.
