DAVID C. MARSHALL & BRANDI L. MARSHALL, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

By Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction entered July 1, 2022, this case was dismissed because petitioners failed to pay the Court's filing fee as directed by the Court. On July 5, 2022, the parties filed a Joint Proposed Stipulated Decision.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that on or before August 1, 2022, petitioners shall pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee (or submit an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee form, which is available under the "Forms" tab on the Court's website, www.ustaxcourt.gov). If petitioners do not pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee or submit an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee by August 1, 2022, the Court will strike the parties' proposed stipulated decision. It is further

ORDERED that action on the parties' Joint Proposed Stipulated Decision will be held in abeyance pending further direction by the Court.
