On February 2, 2024, the parties filed a Settlement Stipulation (Index #15). Upon review of the parties' settlement stipulation the Court notes the Statement of Account was not attached. Accordingly, the Court will strike the Settlement Stipulation (Index #15) from the record. For cause, it is

ORDERED that the parties' Settlement Stipulation (Index #15), filed on February 2, 2024, is hereby stricken from the Court's record. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before February 20, 2024, respondent shall file a revised settlement stipulation.
