STREET RAILWAYS, § 131evidence requiring reversal of judgment for pedestrian struck by car at city street intersection. In action for personal injuries, sustained by 69 year old pedestrian who was struck at city street intersection by defendants' street car which allegedly ran through red traffic signal light, held that judgment on jury's verdict for plaintiff would be reversed, and cause would be remanded for another trial, because of judgment's being against manifest weight of evidence (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1943, ch. 110, par. 216, subpar. (3)b; Jones Ill. Stats. Ann. 104.092, subsec. (3)b).

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. JOSEPH E. DAILY, Judge, presiding.

Reversed and remanded. Heard in the first division, first district, this court at the April term, 1944.
