ORDERED that the motion for a stay pending appeal is denied, without costs, and it is further
ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to post an undertaking and for further relief is granted, without costs, only to the extent that the time for appellant to post an undertaking in the sum required by CPLR 5519 (a) (2) is extended to June 17, 2024.
