PRESENT:

An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Oneida County, entered September 13, 2019, and an application having been made by Theresa M. Girouard, Esq., for substitution of counsel as Attorney for the Child,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers in support of the application, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the application is granted, and

It is further ORDERED that John G. Koslosky, Esq., 2635 Genesee Street, Utica, New York 13501, is hereby assigned as Attorney for the Child and may submit an original, five hard copies, and one digital copy of the respondent's brief, together with proof of service of one hard copy of the brief upon each party to the appeal.
