AUTOMOBILES AND MOTOR VEHICLES, § 87.5imputation, of negligence of driver to permissive user riding as passenger. Negligence of driver of automobile would be imputed to permissive user who was riding in automobile as passenger at time of collision.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. DANIEL P. TRUDE, Judge, presiding.

Judgments in favor of Mrs. O'Flaherty reversed and causes remanded for another trial. Heard in the first division, first district, this court at the October term, 1942.
